Living my yoga, one day at a time. Working to help you do the same.

My sadhāna – my daily spiritual practice – is rooted in living and embodying all of yoga: its yamas, niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi.

I practice and teach decolonized yoga with a trauma-informed lens so I may guide myself and other spiritual beings – especially those holding targeted identities – closer toward unity, inner peace, and personal + collective liberation.

The latter may sound like a tall order, but I don’t believe it is. In the words of adrienne maree brown:

“The patterns of the universe repeat at scale … What we practice at a small scale can reverberate to the largest scale.”

My guidance is informed by the eight limbs of yoga and the thousands of teachers who codified and spread this ancient, spiritual science throughout the world from its origin in India. I delight in guiding restorative yoga and visual meditations, while embodying yogic philosophy in my day-to-day life. I am becoming a teacher, but I will always be a student and advocate first. Join me on a shared journey of learning, and reach out if you’d like me to practice teach with you.
